How nights are counted
Check-in to check-out
Boarding is priced per night. Check-in is from 2pm on your first day and check-out is by 11am on your last day. Friday to Sunday is two nights; Friday to Monday is three.
Drop-off: Mon-Fri 7-9am & 4-7pm, Sat-Sun 9-11am & 4-6pm. Pick-up: Mon-Fri 7-9am & 4-7pm, Sat-Sun 9-11am & 4-6pm.
Daycare is priced per day, 7am–6pm. Boarding dogs join the daycare group during the day at no extra charge.
Pick-ups after 11am plus a 10 minutes grace period are charged $15.00 per 15 minutes. Details in the policies.

Deposit & payment
Holding your spot
- • A 25% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due at drop-off.
- • Unpaid bookings are held for 48 hours, then the dates are released.
- • We take Interac e-Transfer, crypto (BTC, USDC) and cash at drop-off.
- • Prices are before HST (13%), which is added at checkout.
- • Cancellation terms are in the policies.
What to bring
Their own food, their own routine
- • Their usual food, portioned per meal if you can. Sudden food changes upset stomachs.
- • Any medications in the original packaging with written instructions.
- • Something that smells like home: a t-shirt, a small blanket, a favourite toy.
- • A collar with ID and a leash for drop-off and pick-up.
- • We supply bowls, bedding and treats, so leave the bulky stuff at home.

Current vaccinations
Proof of Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella, in date for the whole stay. Upload the certificate to your dog’s profile before booking.
A free meet-and-greet
New dogs come by for a short visit before their first stay so we can see how they do with the group and with us.
A complete profile
Feeding, medications, quirks, your vet, and an emergency contact who can reach us while you are away.
Boarding stays run 1–30 nights and can be booked up to 180 days ahead. We need 24 hours’ notice for boarding and 2 hours for daycare; for anything sooner, call.
